A preoccupation with anthro-pomorphism led to some of Gavin’s most enigmatic works. Who is good and who is bad? Is a pig bad because we find it offensive at the dinner table, or does a goat represent evil merely because we see the devil in its square pupils and cloven hoofs? Don’t you think it better that we should all have horns??.
